  • Discovery Call: You will schedule a relaxed 30-45 minute call. This allows you to ask as many questions as you need.

    When you book your Discovery Call with me, you are prompted to complete the Discovery Questionnaire. 

    This helps me to learn everything that I need to know about your business, your goals, and understand what you’re experiencing.

    I want to better understand what you’re sitting in and personalize your proposal. 

    You will receive a response within 48 business hours. It will indicate a recommended path forward.

  • After reviewing our Discovery Call and if we’re a good fit, I’ll create a personalized proposal that gives you more insight on what I have to offer.

    This is where I can share ideas, my pricing packages, my past work, and how I plan to achieve your goals.

  • Once we both agree to partner and have decided on a package, I will send you the Clientele Agreement and Invoice.

    This ensures both parties are on the same page regarding deliverables, payment amounts, logistics, and expectations.

    This protects you and I before the project starts.

  • Once the contract is signed and 1st payment received, you will receive your Welcome Package via email.

    It walks you through each step.

    Kickoff Call: On this call, I’ll walk you through the strategy and plan for your project to make sure it actually aligns with your vision and desired outcome.

  • Together, we'll review the project strategy, establish priorities, and begin execution.

    Throughout the engagement, you'll receive clear communication, documented next steps, and ongoing visibility into progress.

  • On the project comes to a close, you'll receive the final deliverables.
